What this covers
This notice covers vatspray.com, the public website of Vatspray Corporation. It does not cover AngelsPond, which is a separate product with its own privacy notice and its own agreement with the organization that operates it.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, the organization you give, and the message itself. We use that to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Our servers keep ordinary web logs — the pages requested, the time, and technical details your browser sends such as its type and language. These are used to operate the site and to investigate faults and abuse.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep a reasonable business record of it. Web logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to the contact address and say what you would like; we will tell you what we hold and what we can do.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
